David recently applied for a job at Snowbird Mountain Resort at a place called Aerie.  There were quite a few applicants.  After the initial interview he was called in to visit with the head chef and was told he was to come back for a tasting which is where an applicant goes to the kitchen and cooks for the owners, chef etc...  He was offered the job and accepted.  You can view the menu and a description of the restaurant online but I wanted to include a few of the menu items: Beef Wellington, Venison, Lamb, Veal, Bouillabaisse, among others.  The interesting thing is the way these items are prepared.  Take a look.
