Attached is a video of Mike Hester's brother, Steve Hester. He is detailing how he almost blew himself up with his smoker by dousing smoldering wood with lighter fluid that was within his smoker. After Steve allowed plenty of time for the lighter fluid to volatilize he then ignited it with a match. Steve still managed to produce some fantastic tasting meat.......

Recently, Angie and I purchased a new video camera. It is a JVC GZ-MG130U and it has a built in 30 gig hard drive. Last night I learned how to take the video from the camera and convert it into streaming video, video that I can place on this blog...... So, attached is my first attempt....... |
